Car Died...Fuel pump maybe?

So my car decided to shut off at a busy intersection yesterday. The fuel light came on about 10 minutes prior to that. I pushed her into the gas station and filled up. the car will crank but wont turnover. Tried to push start it and it did the same thing. Has anyone had this happen? How big of a job is this and how much will it cost?

ADAM669 I will personally make you a sushi dinner with King crab legs and lobster sashimi if you can handle this

if it turned out to be the fuel pump, exchange it with the GT2 fuel pump, i did, the hoses on it are much stronger.

I don't believe in coincidence.....he ran real low on fuel, the fuel lights came on, the the car died and won't start....it's gotta' be fuel related. I know on my 930, the fuel actually runs around the electric motor to keep the armature cool...kind of spooky concept of gas running around an eletric motor, but it works....if you run out of fuel, could the fuel pump have heated up and pffffttt?? I don't know if they're the same design as on my 930, but regardless....still bet it's fuel related.
