I would have to agree they do look alot better in black, IMO

The wheels look distinctive in black--still would not be my personal choice but what is the big ordeal with doing something different looking. Not everyone has to love them but they are definitely not hideous or ridiculous looking. If anything as others have noted they are on the understated side. If you like 'em, as the Stones would say paint it black--satin or textured.
