I ran the Z06 at least 10 time that morning. The first 8 we were together the entire time. The last two the turbo started to pull out 1 car length at most.
The big difference is that I need 5th gear and he is still riding high in 4th so if we went to 180MPH, the Z06 might pass me.
My car has a funky gearing and when I hit 5th, I lose ground. Also, my weight plays a huge role against the Z06. So weight and gearing really hurt me with a good driver in a Z06.
I have ran at least 10 different Z06's and this was the only time I was not atleast 1 to 2 car lenghts ahead.
We have another video angle from our spotter's car who at one time was on the side of the road. We shall post that video when we get our hands on it.
All in all, the Z06 and my car were dead even.
My car has a Revo flash, ATS triple disk and LWFW, MS 109, and a JIC Titanium exhaust.

hey loved the vidos made my sunday afternoon, went to euro sunday this am a very nice gt3 with 750 to the wheels(i think) was their gottabe great to drive... thanks again for the vido shots, fun to watch

In his 7 plus second runs (the fastest of which was 7.2 and also the 6 lengths spanking I gave him) I posit that the Walnuts shifts were around 2-3 seconds.

I believe you have only 1 sub 6sec 60-130 & have not been able to back it up since that 5.79 run(which almost blew up your motor),even after thousands more tries. I,on the other hand ,have only attempted the 60-130 2 times.Beating you every time is all I need, no more statistics needed.

my car is dead even with stock Z06 when I limit it to .8 bar.
My car is dead even with 580 RWHP "ATOMIC Z" which says to me I have more
RWHP than that since he is 300 lbs lighter (minimum).
Z06's can be shifted very fast (often times Atomic gains when he shifts, then my turbos pull him, but it is always so close that we have agreed they are even).
Further confirmation:
ATOMIC Z traps 134+ mph and so do I
When at drag strip @ .8 bar, I ran 11.6 and 11.7 @ 122 mph

Great videos. Thanks for sharing. I like the the angle showing the Z06 in the mirror. Great shot.
A well driven Z06 is a quick car - able to run with some higher HP cars that are also a bit heavier. Seems to help equalize things a bit.
A lot depends on what MPH you start the roll from. There are obviously some speeds that hit one cars power band better than anothers.
Woodtster and I both have run a 6.9 60-130 and our cars are scary close from just about any speed.
Keep the vids coming.

sorry drew, i wish they did. Great angle on that shot, and they didn't even get my car in any of the clips... but next time, we gotta set up a few of these fly by runs with our cars... :P
