A little OT but I just got back from driving an SL65 AMG Black edition, 661hp 738 ft-lbs of torque. When it shifts at full throttle, the engine management is obviously letting off the throttle. It feels as if it is disengaging a M/T clutch during the shift. Also, I looked up the part#'s and the clutches are the same as whats in your trans. Get the TCU!

Don't worry it won't close the gap. Todd's car is going under the knife again next week. I'm hoping to do Proto fuel pump, intake, and maf prior to the mile. Than its a test for 200.

WOW Ben is going to have Todd @ Protomotive build his motor. Nice.
Cause I know if you plan to run 1.6-2.0 you better have a built bottom end, studs & o-ringed heads.I hope Todd can get it built before the mile.Good Luck.

In my discussions with Todd with the 24/18g's there will be no build. That boost will be run on a limited basis as well. Daily will be much lower.
