I have them on the rear now and PS2s still in the front.

The car does just not handle right with the mixed tires and even my PSM kicks in when doing a throttle change in a turn.

So, the question is: Will the car handle OK again with a complete set of Proxes? I kow of several 2001 to 2003 coupes that do well with Proxes but have not found any 2004 to 2005 cars that run them. My car is also a cab. Not sure if cabs have different PSM programming.

I had the same issue until the fronts went to T1R too; handles great wet or dry no premature psm.

Running 315/25 -19 & 235's on the front.

Your car should handle fine once you get 4 of the same tire on the car. A lot of guys run proxes and are happy with them.

Your issue now is probably that since the Toyos and Mich run different in size, your all over the place as your rear #'s dont match up with your front #'s even though you think they do. All tires are made different the Michelins run bigger then the Toyos

av2 is infamous around these parts
Being 4-wheel drive, you want to keep your tires within stock offsets front, back, left and right. If you change the fronts to new Toyo and your rears are used up, your car won't handle and PSM still might kick in.

Michelin CAN'T be mixed with other type of tires so yes, once you put either 4 michelin or 4 proxes, car is going to run better if you keep the good size.
