I see you eliminated the Rover I just voted for the RR because it's heads and shoulders above all else (in that list) in terms of class, luxury, and the ultimate snob appeal. I just love riding in Rovers and looking at them. However, I do agree if residual is important to u then I'd pick someth else.

renntech36,

I haven't had time to read through most of this thread aside from your intorductory post... and all i can say is that my wife and i have had nothing but pleasure driving and dealing with our ldiscoveries and range rovers. BMW made something like 45 design and engineering improvements, and the trucks are all class. Worth every penny. I hope you go this route... you won't be dissapointed.

If resale is of any concern, I wouldn't get any of the aformentioned MB. The E55 is an ok car if you can deal with the numb steering and poor chasis. Not a drivers car at all imo. Anyway, with the CLS coming out, I feel sales from the E55 will be cannablized further affecting resale. As it is, 2003 E55's go for high 60's wholesale, so the typical MB AMG bleeding has begun. Get the RR or a BMW M.

Please keep your Cayenne turbo! it is much better than a G class!!!

if you really want to sell it then get a E55, CL looks too old for you.

DEETZ, you big ballers with your big wheels and stuff are shovin me outta the game!

On a serious note, this wont be my last Cayenne. I am going to wait until the used 05 TT's drop in price, and then find me one with a Panoramic Roof, so something will hold me until then, I am hoping a nice used E55!

That is what I would suggest, but doesn't that fail in 2 criterea: (1) up to $80G and (2) I won't kill myself in it.
