monovalve fuse?

hi, newbie, have a 03 x50tip,
what is a monovalve fuse? what happens when it's blown?
i have difficulty filling my car at 10+ gal....the last 1 to 1.3gal is very difficult to fill....i have to 'top off' the last gallon+'....

?!?

Wow...nice car. I just picked up an X50 2 weeks ago and did not go through what you did...should have but did not. Luckily, mine seems a-ok in every manner so far.
