That's basically what my car is now. I always had a LWFW, so it seemed to improve my 60-130 a tenth or two.

hrm is it even more of a PITA to launch the car from a stop light?

Nope. Easier I think. GREATLY improved my ET and trap. If you don't like RWD, put it all back to AWD, all it takes is time!!! The RWD conversion is VERY easy and uses NO parts and can be put back the same way. From what I've heard, people have had to buy new stub axles, but we found the trick to getting them apart as to NOT ruin them. I intend to go back to AWD for the winter as soon as I find someone who wants to donate a good front dif.

id be interested to see if we can improve the front diff by shimming or upgrading springs not sure the exact design of it.
