Anyone Else Have Trouble With Seat Padding?

Anytime I drive my car for over an hour my butt and right leg begin to give me pain almost to the point I can't drive the car. I have tried to change settings up down tilt back & forth with no help. The seat doesn't appear to have sagged but I guess it must have. A friend who also lives in Chicago had a dealer send his seat out and have straps placed under the seat cushion to give it more support. Is this the fix or does it need a complete re-padding? I did try a small pillow on my last ride and that helped some. Anyone know of a shop in Chicago area that specializes in Porsche seat work?
