Just got my 996 Turbo
First opinion = great car.

Because it was raining as I was coming home from where it got off-loaded. Once she got in the garage I cleaned all the water off of her and waited...

Second opinion = HOLY CRAP!!!

The skies cleared and I took her out for a "spirited" drive. I have admit, I have owned a lot of fast cars, but was NOT READY for the turbo's when they spooled up... from 50 to 100 in a flash. The exhaust note coming out of the Europipe State II (LOUD) was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

I never realized what I was missing having one of these in my garage.

That is a great looking TT... I especially like that rotating display you have in your living room!

Yeah, we have a disco ball as well... :-)

It rained like an SOB today, of course, more pics coming soon. That was at the dealership.

So, when the delivery truck arrives, the guy tells me that he picked up the wrong car:



He got quite a laugh when I told him that he must have brought me a Lamborghini and then he opened the door. LAMBO.
