I noticed some pretty blue head lights screaming up the back of me as i slowed down to a red light. The Aston pulled up next to me and began breaking to the red light. The light turned green as we were around 20mph. We both nailed the gas and i easily pulled a few cars until around 100. We played around a bit more, same results every time. He was solo, I had the GF in the pass seat.

I have the basic bolt on's, stock snails...all purchased from Vivid R.

I always thought those cars were much quicker for some reason. I guess i am think of the DB9. I did some research and found the specs. That car is kinda heavy:

Astons are relatively slow. But they need to be slower so you can see the sexiness.

 

Truth. That car was beautiful. I could stare at that thing all day long. It's a shame that it's not faster or that you can easily mod them. That's why I love my P

until porsche got into my life i was a resto guy old corvettes had 6 of em everything had to be stock, them when got done with one i was afraid to drive it( a 66bb coupe 1700 miles in 6 years) woke up one day and hot rodded a 56 chev post car blower and the whole 9 yds. what fun .. opps and then came my 1st p car a 76 blk turbo. and it's been mod city ever since. way more fun than getting excited about finding a 63 chev hose clamp at a swap meet

 

The sad part is that, and I hate to tell you this, is your girl would probably rather be riding in the Aston

Don't feel bad, though because the same thing happened to me when I was in the car w/ my wife and I spanked a Ferrari.

I wouldn't race ANYBODY if I drove an Aston (I hope to have one someday),
they just look so darn COOL !

The 40 somthing bald guy driving the Aston was all up in my tail pipes. It was like he was driving a Camaro...probably should have been

Actually I think the word cool was invented to describe Aston's One of those "must own one time" cars.

 

I think astons are girls cars ...I drove one and felt completely removed from the driving experience...

 

I think the Aston Martin Vantage is one of the best looking cars ever created, that being said, they're fast, but more of a GT car not a true sports car. Just a beautiful piece of rolling luxo-art.
