standing mile in MIA anyone going?
Sorry I have been quiet on here guys, I have been very busy at the shop and playing with my Audi that I have had no time for the P-car but it's time to get busy this week to get the car ready for the mile. the goal is 200+ on the same 18g setup. Only change is building a new fuel system so I have enough fueling up top on the e85. tony@epl will be helping me get the car tuned just right for this weekend stay tuned for results!!

I'm heading down to hang out for the weekend. Planned on bringing the camo car, but unfortunately got swamped with cars in the shop and didn't get to put the needed prep time on the car. Customers first, best of luck and we'll see you there.

Chris,
There's another thread on this, perhaps one or two others you know attending,

I was hoping to be there; I'll be in Europe through this weekend Maybe you can call and bug Hal see how fast he can do this with 2 car seats in a TT! See if you can get a camera going in the corn horse, 200 MPH from inside your TT will be a sight to behold!

Why not Texas, everybody and their brother will be there to duke it out?
I really wanted to meet Tym and see some of Switzer's gorgeous work.
Good luck (Chris, original poster),

No, but I don't think there has been a stock block 996TT hit 200 yet at the Texas Mile. I hope to the first 18g car to do it. I know you have enough power Chris. Me, probably not.

Watch out for Eddie Bello, he's bringing his beast down from N.Y. That would be very interesting to watch, I hear he's after some more records. Chris, do you know how long the strech is in Florida after the mile ends? I know TX Mile's end stretch is 0.5mile. GL and be safe.
