Digital oil measure
Is there another way to read the oil level without using the digital display?
Any one ever heard of the oil measuring digital display reading wrong oil levels. My buddies 996 turbo reads full (oil)...1 min later he takes another measure it reads low (oil) with the low bar flashing. Takes it again it reads full, and then 1 min later low again. At one point it read 1/2 full or empty...depending how you look at it. This is all done on a flat surface with the car running and warmed up. There is no consistency; the readings of low and full are inconsistent.
