Angry Tail Lights

Does any one know where I can pick up some tail lights for my 01-996tt. They are broken at the mounting point...can you believe the way they made these things...only two small screws hold them in,,,,then the frame trim cracks and you have to replace the whole lamp and assembly.

Thanks

Pete

Yep, mine are headed that way too. Suncoast has'em the cheapest, methinks.

Check out Ebay if you want to go the "pre-owned" route.

i cracked the lower post when removing the light but lucky enough left to secure the bolt. I think over the years, heat from the engine made the plastic crispy. plastic composite tech has come a long way since early 2000. IMO design is good though, really easy to remove, fully adjustable but stays in place.

what's that wire for that's visible in the tailight pod?
