Thoughts?
68K seems fair at this time. I've seen them from 65-80k on the asking prices. I would think you might be able to get it done at 65k. Good luck.

$65K is the number I want to come in under. I've been looking forever and figure this may be the best time of year to buy. I'm basically looking for the best 911 turbo I can buy with $65K.

Thanks for the reply.

Paid 70K for Turbo S Cab without the hardtop. 9000 miles, options included Tubi, new diverters, flash, new tires, Dension 500 and essentially flawless.

Haven't read the whole thread, but an 04 X50 is a heck of a lot less and pretty darn close. No PCCB, but otherwise pretty identical. Tens of thousands cheaper.

everyone happy with it or would you do a different exhaust?
Europipe Stage2 Quiet. I think it sounds great. Wife and the neighbors don't think so because it wakes them up as well as the kids when I leave for work at 6:15am M-Th.

Also not very stealthy when I try to sneak in at 2 in the morning.

have you raced an 05 turbo s?? stock for stock it's not close. i've lined up with numerous x50 cars and the results have always been the same. i know others that have identical results.
fyi just like previous porsche models the turbo S will always get a premium when sold.

No offense, but I don't see how you get to $63K. I bought my 04 Triple black Turbo Cab X50 in December of 08 for $54K. Admittedly higher mileage, but I don't think there is a 996TT that hits $63K these days.

Most sales of 2005 TURBOS cars exceed 63k not sure on 04's but I've seen 2 05's change hands in the past 60 days for 70k and 68k both had under 20k on the dial.

MOST sellers are asking even more

http://motors.completed.shop.ebay.com/Cars-Trucks-/6001/i.html?rt=nc&LH_Complete=1&_nkw=2005%20911%20TURBO %20S&_dmpt=US_Cars_Trucks&_fln=1&_trksid=p4506.c0. m283&_rdc=1

current Manheim wholesale numbers are 65k for low mile TURBO S cars

TRUE TURBO S CARS produced in 2005 Production numbers for USA are close to 250 with most being cabs. Most being black or silver. All with an MSRP over 150,000.
