Hello guys,
The Porsche war goes on over here in Greece and last night was a pretty good night with lots of action...
After preparing a 2002 996tt on behalf of the good friend and member here 996ttsantorini, with a pair of hybrid GT3076's (on VF headers side and custom headers) and 38mm Tial wastegates and some EVOMS IC's and custom tuning and meth injection we cranked it all the way up to 1.4bar on pump and methanol and went hunting ... This is on a completely stock motor!!! The car has not been dynoed yet (estimated at around 630-650AWHP mustang dyno from the VBOX times), but seemed to me (I was the official driver .. ) ferrocious...
I raced a fully factory prepared in Germany GT28 996turbo (dynoed @ around 550AWHP Mustang) from 1st gear rolling to abt 290km/h!!!

No contest there as you can see...
Right after that, I raced a 997 turbo with modified GT2 units and IC's etc which was on racegas Q16 and had been dynoed at 620AWHP (same Mustang dyno)! This is indeed very fast and revs all the way up to 8000rpm !!!!
We raced from 2nd gear roll and 4000 rpm up until 330km/h! We were very very close until 270-280 and then I disapearred with at least 10 cars difference till the end! The previous night I had raced that car again with slightly less boost 1.33bar and from roll 1st gear where he put on me 3 cars in 1st gear alone and then I only gained up one on him before ending the race at 290km/h - cuold not simply catch him in time
The fight is on and the saga continues to see who will remain...
P.S. A couple of pretty amazing 997's are beeing built as we speak in Germany in 9ff's headquarters which will make allegedly 850-900awhp!

the out come is not suprising the gt28's huff and puff but run out of steam quickly .their are a few cars that Todd K , from protomotive flew down to Greece his self and built that are supposedly pretty damn fast , you should track them down and try and run those cars.. all in all good kill.
Also i may be bringing my car down there as i will be in Greece all summer next yr .id love to setup some runs with the "big boys" down there.

Nick, come here to meet us...it is unbelievable but in Greece there is not even one stock 996/997TT...All of them are modified...So the war is very difficult...We have three different teams of 996/997TT owners...But last night Santos car was impressive...he managed to stand up and stay in front of an Evo with 840AWHP...
