Thanks for that. We take pride in what we do. We're a very small operation and not the big corporation that some people mistakenly assume a company like Guard would have to be. When the sale took place I saw threads around the various forums talking about "some company" buying GT. I kind of chuckled because the truth was Paul Guard had graciously decided that I was going to be true to the brand he had poured his body and soul into for the last 20 years. I was extremely flattered that he thought so highly of me and let me buy in to his company. Now, even though he's still got a stake in this thing, he's retired and just like he used to do on his end, it's me and my wife here running the show the only way we know how. I guess I just got raised right. And of course I really truly do love these cars heart and soul. I worship my little 914 and my '68 911t. The wife really wants a Cayman S, but I told her she'll have to sell a lot of diffs. and gears before we can afford one of those.

Hey Matt, you have posted some really technical and useful information, I am sure anyone who needs to upgrade or replace thier LSD will find this topic very helpful. Thanks for the input.
