Drove an hour to get there. Ran 198, got kicked out, drove home picking up groceries on the way. Mike, get a cage, harness and suit buddy.

I thought you said I was picking up groceries during the run!!

Mike congrats on your run. I did not hear much from you. But I guess your problem no longer exists?

Thanks brother, nice to meet you as well. I almost met 1/4 people of 6speed out there, awesome!!! "The Godfather" will be tough to beat based on his muscle mass and great attitude Joe's car is a great build and is extremely fast. I was never there to compete with anyone LOL, just getting off dyno, no seat time whatsoever, jumping in the car that was 400whp less before and now another animal definately made me pay attention and have my ***** checked. It is important to go to these events with no expectations, positive attitude, good clutch LOL and a set of diapers It was when Joe said you "gotta cut the weed out there" with a N.Y. accent, I kept laughing at that part for a bout a few minutes.

Thanks Dennis. problem is sort of still here, but very intermittant.

well by how well you ran it sounds like it isn't a big deal, just an annoyance. Maybe a mouse

Yeah, I really had no comparison to go by, as far as how fast my car SHOULD go, so I am happy to have run what I did. It is really interesting how much MORE HP you need to go THAT much faster. People with 150-200 more WHP than I, were only going 5mph faster.

The list, as well as all submissions have been merged into the 60-130, 1/4 mile and standing mile thread. If you have any further submissions, please post them in the following thread: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...standings.html

Great job guys, really good stuff. Does anybody know for comparisions sake what a stock k16 car would probably run in a standing mile? That would really put out some perspective on these accomplishments to some of us lesser educated folks such as myself, regardless some great runs, love reading about this stuff.
