Dastek Unichip Question..what's the switch for
I just purchased a 2001 Porsche 996 Turbo. I noticed a switch near the back seats attached to a cable. Didn't think much of it at the time, but I decided to follow it to where it lead. Found out it lead to some Dastek unichip boxes.. one of them said series Q.
What will this do for my car.. better or worse than stock?
What does the switch do? turn it on/off?
Which position is on/off?... there is a Line/Circle...
I don't have much history on the car, so I am pretty well in the dark
as to what this feature will do for the car and how I should be operating it.
Which position should I leave it in for daily driving...switched to the line.. or circle?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I was you the very first thing I would do is take that particular unit out the car and burn it, straight away... https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...odded-car.html you might want to do a further search on this, nothing but problems for users
