Extreme Dimensions body kits
Anyone ever heard of this outfit from Cali. They make GT2 nose pieces out of a material called duraflex. Their GT2 nose is reasonably priced and looks to be much tougher than fiberglass, but I wonder what the fit and finish is like. They claim to have near perfect fit and finish, but who knows.

looking at a GT2 nose from NR auto, but this one is half the price.

I dunno. I watched this video on youtube and I'd be affraid to buy anything from these extremely tan guys that recommend shooting parts already mounted on the car.

quote from the ebay ad
On average 85% of the Duraflex parts we sell fit with no problems. About 15% will require minor to major modifications.
doesnt inspire much confidence in me

yeah, it looks very durable, much more than fiberglass, but I sure less than poly. The fit is what I am worried about.
If I pull the trigger and it works I will tell all you guys that is sucks and if it doesn't work, I will tell you guys it fit perfectly

Curious to see how this turns out. It definitely is more flexible and durable than FG. My only concern would be fit and finish. If it fits well there are also may be waves in this material, I'm curious to see how difficult (or easy) it may to sand it down and make it smooth.
Let us know how it goes

FWIW I emailed them asked them about the inconsistency of their product and their response was
Honest enough answer, I respect that.
I do not make the parts so I cannot guarantee fitment.

I strongly recommend running from extreme dimensions and never uttering those two words again.
I ordered skirts for the 996 from them from ebay (username unified distribution). I brought the parts to the shop prior to having the car to them, so they recommended prepping them for paint, test fitting, painting, and installing.
I felt this was important to share, so whenever someone searches the crooked name of these guys, the tuth will be available.
After a lot more man hours than it should have taken for sanding and preparing the parts, they primed them. After priming, I brought them the car. Uh oh....
They said "this is for a different model," After further investigation and some of the lines matching up, it was in fact, for the 996 but the morphed thin fiberglass was so far out of shape that they couldnt make it fit without molding them into the car.
At this point, I'm 300 dollars into the prep work for a 360 dollar part + 90 shipping. I made a complaint with ebay and told them the whole story. Through ebay, they said that if I send it back I will get a full refund. I do that. I'm now in the hole (after shipping) 420 dollars on a part that cost 450 dollars.
They have still not paid my ebay claim, although they had it back for a week now and for some reason, escalated it for further review. In total, this costs me 870 dollars and I have absolutely nothing to show for it.

Sorry to hear about this. What side skirt did you order? I'll see what we can do to help you in light of your situation
