It will be listed on the options list sticker under the bonnet/truck lid.

It'll have all the options for the vehicle. So for example mine has

C23: Code for Australia
X54: Stainless steel exhaust tips
X70: Door entry guards in stainless steel
X71: Aluminium coloured instrument gauges
X97: Gear shift in aluminium
X98: Hand brake lever in aluminium
635: Rear park assist
639: Soft leather rear seats
982: Soft ruffled leather seats
650: Sunroof
09991: Manufactuer form exclusive program (can't remember this one exact)

Wait, you don't know if it is an X50 AND you are buying tomorrow!?!??!?

What else don't you know? Did you have a PPI by someone OTHER than the seller?

heck, take the vin and see if a local p dealer will run the build sheet with the original options.

Look on the sticker under your front hood, where it says engine code, it should say M96-70E for an X50 engine.

M96-70= regular turbo
M96-70E= X50 and Turbo S
M96-70S= GT2 through 2003
M96-70SL=GT2 2004

they finished the PPI today.

Everything looks great, he raved about how good the car is, then whipped out the printout,

There were:

16653 redline shifts
621 over revs

he didnt seem alarmed by this, it seems like a lot of both to me. The car has 39000 miles on it.

Is this normal?

I might be considering a car with x50 and 25k on the dial. My question will this make a great DD for a daily 25 mile commute?any reliability issues or thoughts also considering a 2006 911 CS
