Removing lower rocker panel

Removing lower rocker panel
I want to remove the lower rocker panel on my car (unpainted portion) to hopefully allow a dent removal company to pull a dent out of my rocker panel. I looked under a saw numerous bolts. Will removing these allow me to pull the lower black portion off below the doors?

yes, i beleive there are also bolts at each end in the wheel wells which are easy to get to if you remove the wheels, i was didnt remove the wheels and used a small driver bit and an adjustable wrench, a bit fiddly but it didnt take very long
while they are off you might want to consider buying some bulldog primer and colormatch spray paint and painting them body color, thats what i did and couldnt be happier, its really not hard to do
i'm assuming that you are asking about a 996 as you posted in the 996 section

i dont but its fairly simple, its all about prep, any nicks or rough spots will show through the paint, i spent some time sanding mine to get rid of the nicks etc and probably should have spent more time on the part of the process but until you get within 12 inches they look perfect
i got the bulldog primer online and bought the color match paint and clear coat from a local autobody supply store, they generally ask if you want cheap or good, ask for the best match they offer, it cost me an extra 5 bucks or so
