Just for reference, I raced a Zr1 from 40 mph with my k24/18g 1bar car..I pulled on him 2 cars by the time we hit 130.
You will not have any issues with a stock ZR1; In fact you will destroy him!

Brian LOL, i was thinking of running him of the wastegate springs first LOL, boost controler off , then crank it to 1.6 bars haha.
WB i know that zr1's are nasty and i do like them, but he realy has no chance considering they run a 7.8 60 to 130 .

i have a zr1 here at the dealer and I took it out. Real quick car but, vs modded pcar....i dont think so!! only way is if you mis-shift real real bad.

^^^DUH^^^ I'm pretty sure he knew what he's going up against isn't stock. And he asked for it, so run what ya brung.
Much deserved respect to the ZR-1, but the LS3 with a blower on it isn't exactly cutting edge technology (though that S/C is pretty cool).
And the fact that he seems to be arrogant and pretty much begged for the beating while not being a very good driver makes it even more sweeter.
Run several times then put it on youtube and rub it in. lol.

Nick you have him Covered! i raced one at the track his best time on the Goodyears was 11.41 It will be a cake walk and i beat him at 1.3 bar so you at 1.6..... He will only see tail lights!

I rode in a friends ZR-1 on a race track that I am familiar with (Brainderd).
This car is DAMN impressive stock whether it is in a straight line or going around fast corners; the stock brakes are fantastic. Most guys like that do not understand just how fast these little 3.6's can be modded to. You would have much more to worry about if he challenged you in a road racing situation. Impressive car, the ZR-1

i ran one earlier this summer you shouldnt have a problem beating him, i know id love to do it again!! I got him at 17psi pump gas lol which is wastegate pressure , what part of PA are you in? I will come if its gonna be near Pitt?
