Well, I STILL can't reply to threads, send PMs, or post in any forum but this one; it's pretty annoying. Perhaps someone with control over website administration would like to do something about this?

Anyways, that bit of frustration aside, a question for the board:

My car will be arriving in about a week. It has 24,000 miles on it and is being purchased from a private party. I was wondering if there is anything I should do to the car for peace of mind. Would it be smart to do an oil change, brake fluid, etc. Anything else I should consider doing. The car has been well-maintained and the service records are good, but nonetheless one never really knows.
