I don't want to be "that" guy, but this brings up more questions than answers for me. Are you operating out of the same facility that 360 had been in, and you were able to find the wheels there? If so, does that mean that the designation of the "old company" left with Jordan and any other management members, and the "new company" is pushing forward? I think it's great that you worked hard to find the wheels and return them, and seem to genuinely have good intentions for the future, but bankruptcy laws exist for a reason.
The assets of a company need to be sold to partially repay creditors, or some other restructuring, before all previous liabilities are wiped clean. For obvious reasons, this isn't something that someone can do on their own decision. If you paid for the rights to 360 Forged's designs, then that payment should have been divvied among those owed money, in a court of law. If you merely "kicked out" the old management team and continue to operate the same company, even if there isn't a single staff member or previous owner remaining, that entity still owes all outstanding debts. If you are a completely separate company that was given the intellectual property rights of 360 without cost, given the large outstanding liabilities, you are fortunate that no individual was owed enough money to make it worthwhile to file suit for payment of the fair market value of those rights.
I'm not looking to stir the pot just for the sake of it, but a lot of people are out a lot of money based on a smattering of posts on many message boards. It is truly noble that you are trying your best to make good on some of the promises made by others, but you may be legally required to do more than you think. I hope it works out well for everyone in the end.

Good to see things turning around, finding the customers wheels is a pretty big step IMO. I'd also add that getting the WEBsite fixed up, especially since it links from your sig, is pretty important as well if you wish to distance yourself from the past.
P.S. Hate Flash websites :P
