Cheaper than a Flash It has a total of 8 wires sticking out of it which makes it the master spider of tuning....since 8 times 8 is 64 i assume is has 64bit encoding to make the turbos spool up more faster for exponential power gains. As a bonus they include an improved muffler bearing and cool spring morning air for inflating tires infused with a mixture of special gases with up to 78% nitrogen for more traction.

I've seen it before too, only a bit bigger.

I'm kinda just curious on if any engineering or anything went into it and what they are actually doing or if it's just a placebo

These have been used by quite a few people on the 135i/335i. They say it is legit, here is a dyno:

Had one of these on my 335i. They are legit, fellas. Gave about 40 whp to the 335i which they sell for about $300 if memory serves me correctly. Cheap power for the 335. I didn't even know they made one for FI'd Porsches

It may sound/seem sketchy, but I used mine no problem for over a year on the 335 also. It basically ups boost a few psi and gave the 335 about 30whp for a couple hundred bills. Key factor of it that keeps people using this tune and now the similar JB+ is the fact that it can be uninstalled in literally 2 minutes with no tools needed.
