Was fine and let an instructor drive my car....
CEL...and ABS/PSM failures.
I did a search, ok....and I have codes which have not come up and don't trivially come up for me at least on renttech.org, so any help would be great...
1508 and 103. I cleaned my MAF...nope. I tried a spare MAF...same thing.
He was doing amazingly well at least...and I thought it was just the Sumitomos...
Thanks guys. I cannot get the turbos to boost...it just drops to 1k...nothing like having that happen....

Yea, I love rennline's products in general (might go with their mat and board) but I would not run solid mounts in this car. Especially not in a street car... WEVO BABY!!!
Oh yea, Fix the leak first!

P1508: 408 Torque comparison function monitor - signal
implausible
Possible fault cause
♦ DME control module faulty
P0103: 115 Mass Air Flow Sensor - Above Limit
Possible fault cause
♦ Intake air system on pressure side (between turbocharger and
engine) leaks
♦ Short circuit to B+
♦ Mass air flow sensor faulty
♦ Throttle jacking unit faulty

Thank you! Should make the fix faster....
that 1508 code cause..DME...is a bit scary. I am hoping for just a leak....a new DME would be pricey....
Jeff
(tried a new MAF, so that is not it....I vote for leak....easiest and cheapest fix....)

Jeff, did you reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery and the codes were still there?
What are the exact mounts everyone recommends for Jeff's street/track car? I know we there was just a thread about this somewhere.

Searched on rennlist: someone thought this could be fuel system....
Soundeffects: I have an OBDII reader and reset the codes.....but I'll try the battery trick. With the reader, they come right back.
Wevo...Search on Mikelly and engine mounts. Or just PM him...guru on this stuff.

unless you are using durametric, you will not get complete information...for instance there is no code 103 for 7.8 OBDII. Battery disconnect is a soft reset, so if the problem still exists, the code will return. Using a code reader should be a better reset than the battery disconnect (at least if it is PIWIS, PST2 or durametric).

Mikelly gets the prize.
The codes AND the lights were all due to a loosened induction pipe that "blew off"...
Wevo's here I come!
(CEL, PSM failure, ABS failure)

Hotdamn I love when I'm right...
WEVO mounts (and Performance/aftermarket mounts in general) are pricey. They just are... Good luck finding them cheaper than they advertise. I'd also recommend the newer 997TT Trans mount. It is a significant upgrade over the OEM 996 unit.
