Volk Rays on a Porsche 996TT...

Volk make great lightweight wheels. For me its not about the looks but the performance.... and they really help with the unsprung weight... they would be my first choice for track wheels if only they sold them in the correct offset for my 997 RS. Pure function and zero bling.... great wheels....

I was about to say CCW too, there are certainly better options for the Porsche in terms of performance/value, and the CCW are best combination of price/performance/customization out there. Easily better than Volk which you can't customize at all.

Basically another vote for it mattering to you, not what everyone else thinks, when it comes to wheels on your car. The Volks are well made, strong and light. Now personally I don't care that they are more often seen on Japanese cars at all, I loved the look of them on Dan's (Vivid) 996TT and plumped on them for my car. I am very happy with them and often get compliments. Since getting them (been over a year now I think) I have noticed them on a couple of P-cars at DE events and one NSX, thats it...

+1 These look a lot better than the white. Also, the TE37's on the yellow Viviid Car fit and look great.

Rays make good quality, strong, and light weight wheels which I really like. For looks ,it is really personal, for me I like Rays "racing" looks, and I also like the deep dish 3-pcs wheels, different styles, but both looks good IMO, best to have 2 sets and switch once in a while =)
