That looks nice - is that a 30mm drop?
How do you find the ride/handling now - in comparison to stock?
Can you still get in/out of car parks OK?

Try and swing a set of coilovers if you can. Even PSS9's. The H&Rs and OEM ROW springs are a very inferior product to a half decent set of coil overs. The ride is harsh. I had the ROW springs (which I believe are very similiar to H&R), JIC-CROSS (with medium springs) and now Motons. I paid $500 for the Porsch ROW springs from the dealer.

The ride is less smooth - that is firmer - than before, I haven't had any complaints. I certainly don't get the porpoising that some people claim to get when combining H&R springs with stock shocks (added the springs at 23k miles, car now has 39k miles). When I added the GMG sways things really improved, very fast tight cornering, less pitching and less understeer. If I was doing it all again though I'd get coil-overs, but certainly not disappointed with my set up.

Nice - did you use H&R springs or another brand? - Seems to be a couple of types with vastly different prices..

I agree with Zip. While just springs improve the looks by lowering the car, they may not result in better handling. In some cases the handling may be worse as the shocks are not designed to work with the revised spring rates. Unless you can do the labor yourself (including an alignment) the labor cost to install a coil over set is the same as springs. Also coil overs are height adjustable, a big plus depending on were you live. Alignment is also an issue. The stock rear eccentrics have very limited adjustment. You might get away with it on stock 18" wheel and tires, but wider 19" wheels and tires will cause -2+ camber. This might be great on the track, but you'll destroy rear tires on the street. Consider PSS10, adjustable rear upper links, adjustble rear toe steer link and adjustable rear drop links. (The front has enough adjustment to deal with some lowered height). This may add $2K to your parts costs but not much to your labor, and you'll be much happier with the results.
