Honestly those are just bad pictures making the interior look kind of pinkish tint. It's not at all. It's actually a pretty nice color interior in person and looks much darker than those pix. My guess is it was a bad camera with a bad flash. The one thing that I thought was interesting about that car is that it seems to be the worlds only "Air-cooled" 997TT

I really like my metropol blue interior. You need to see it in person that picture does not do it justice.

If resale is what you are concerned with, I think you will take a hit with the blue interior...it's not a question of if it looks good or not because obv if some people ordered it that way, some like it...but the majority will be like yourself, who's first choice will be black interior...unless the car was an absolute steal, personally, I would stick to the interior I wanted...but that's just me

Besides having a possible negative effect on resale value, there is also the issue of how much longer you will have to wait to find a buyer when the time comes to sell the car.

Like previous posters have said, most people don't have blue interior listed as their first choice. The number of potential buyers desiring blue is going to be much smaller than the number of potential buyers looking for more conventional interior colors.

If you are the type that changes his car often and needs to sell the current car to fund the next purchase, than having a car that is harder/takes longer to sell is probably not for you.

It all comes down to each individual buyer. Some buyers will prioritize interior color lower than others as long as it isn't something they hate if the car is lower mileage, fewer owners, and strong documentation of service. Others will wait for the exact color combo they want and be more willing to overlook things like mileage, owners etc. It all comes down to the personal preference of the buyer. Black is probably the only interior that is universally accepted. Personally I would take blue over any other interior color besides black as I think the gray is ugly and the natural leather and cinnamon are hideous in my opinion.

Personally I would not let resale bother me if the car is well sorted and you don't mind the interior color. Might a black interior resell slightly quicker and maybe for more... sure but I am not going to worry about the resale value or 1-2k of value black could add in 2-3 more years.
