What puzzles me is we seem to get rep for lots of posting? I forget what mine is but I look when it goes up and often see no rep given so I think it's from posting? <shrug> Oh and I never leave my name when I rep, that's like asking to be repped and it seems a little silly. If someone says something I think is valuable I rep them, if someone is being an *** then heck yeah I dump on them. I think I give out rep about 50/50 actually lol

 

People can negative rep for some pretty petty reasons so don't ever let that bother you. I hope you have a speedy recovery and....oh yeah...here's some positive rep coming your way!

Just wondering, do you have to take any meds because of the stroke you have had? My neighbor just had a stoke, and he has always been the wine expert on my street, but now he is all pissed off because his doctor said No more drinking with the new medication he is taking for the rest of his life, Wow, that must be hard to do...

As you probably already know, Steve, life it too short to give a crap what other people think of you!!!! There are more peope here that "know" you, than don't. It's likely you will always have more good rep than bad...if it really matters to you.

 

I personally recommend you keep bustin' ***** until you're banned or dead!

 

As long as you aren't red squared in the rep column it's not a big deal.


Sneaky neg reps are aggravating though. Always good when you can get them back because you know who did it..........

i just cant get over the fact that someone neg rep'd you for something so insignificant (the fact that you are recovering from a stroke just compounds my disbelief) its probably the most rediculous thing i have read or heard in a while

You think this stuff is petty? I've had a couple of keyboard commandos threaten me in the past in PMs. Some folks seem to think that they're dealing with teenagers or yound twentysomethings who will just lay down and cry...

Some folks here have no concept of real life and real consiquences. Reality is most don't know the people on this site or any website. A few of us have met, and a few of us know what each of us does for a living... The rest, who knows...
