I use it on the BMW and Mercedes, on the hardware as anti seize and guide pin to help pad movement. Some people use also an anti squealing paste to prevent high pitch noise from the pads.... I always put little bit of anti seize or anti corrosion grease on all the bolts and fasteners I am installing on all type of cars.....

I don't on the Porsche but I do on the bimmer and MB.....Porsche want the vibration dampers to stick on the pads.....

It does say it can be applied to shims/vibration dampers. Im not sure though if thats the contact points or in-between the vibration dampers and back of the pads..?

Do the caliper bolts need to be replaced or can they be reused? To be clear...the bolts that hold the actual caliper to the spindle.

I believe they should be replaced per Porsches instructions, but don't believe anyone does including the dealers service dept.

Yeah....confirmed, they need to be replaced.
