Formal Introduction to USP Motorsports
Hey guys. Some of you may already know me as I have been posting here on and off for a couple years now and I personally own a modified 996 Turbo (5.24 second 60-130). What most probably do not know is that I am the owner of a Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche vehicle performance and repair shop called USP Motorsports located in Coral Springs, Florida. I have been in business for 10 years building, tuning, and repairing these vehicles and I really think it’s about time I became a sponsor on here!
Here at my shop we regularly perform a variety of operations on P-cars including turbo kits, fuel systems, clutch jobs, maintenance, and engine rebuilds on both water cooled and air cooled models. One of my technicians has over 25 years of experience specializing in Porsche, and I consider myself a specialist as well. As assumed, we have all the required specialty diagnostic tools and hardware to perform all work properly on these vehicles.
In my personal car I ran a 10.5 @ 139mph in the quarter mile and trapped 202mph in the standing mile on a completely stock 996 Turbo engine, fueled by an E85 ethanol conversion performed at USP Motorsports. Here are a few videos of my Porsche- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnhJZ984Rks (202mph run), http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUYzXOo5nFs (10.5 quarter mile), http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUYzXOo5nFs (vs. Protomotive powered 997), http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzVw5yJUdAU (EPL launch control demonstration for Tony @EPL). All the work is performed in house and custom tuning is done by Tony @ EPL.
USP Motorsports is a five thousand square foot facility with three Bend Pac vehicle lifts, Miller Electric MIG and TIG welders, Hunter Road Force GSP 9700 high speed tire balancing machine, alignment rack, and full access to a Dynojet 424x one mile down the street. Our shop area, where vehicles are serviced, is always cleaned and maintained and houses only the best machinery. We also have a full showroom with customer lounge and display cases always stocked with new product. Some pictures can be found here- http://uspmotorsports.com/usp_onlinetour.php on my company website.
Besides the Porsche, I also own a B5 Audi S4 with VR6 turbo conversion built and tuned on E85 Ethanol in house here at USP Motorsports. This vehicle is currently North Americas quickest and fastest Audi, running a best quarter mile time of 9.7 @ 147. You can find a few videos of this car here.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmI2I...om=PL&index=30 (9.7 @ 147), or here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XA1-ybHkc6w (on the dyno).
Here are a few pics taken from around the shop..
Sorry if that was too many pictures . I'll see you guys around!
Cheers!!

Having been to this shop (did I mention I live in Virginia?) I'll share my thoughts...
That VW sitting in the show room says all you really need to know about Chris and his shop... True racer, real car guy, and enthusiastic young man.
I met a few of the guys at Chris' shop on a Friday evening for about an hour. My free time these days is so little, that I literally had an hour to spend and wished I had more time, pulling out of the parking lot... coulda spent the DAY there, 'cause he's my kinda people. The dyno was still going strong, cars were on the lift being wrenched, and Chris was hoppin'...
Chris, You're livin' a successful deam, man. I wish every success for you, man!

Chris, I've really enjoyed your posts in the past and now as a sponsor, you can go a bit more into detail about some of the things you do without having to dance around certain subjects, congrats on becoming a sponsor!
