Who changed to a fixed rear wing?

I would like to buy both of the screw-in metal connector fittings from your stock wing. They are the fittings that connect to the hydraulic rams. PM me.

my wing hydros are busted and wing's in stuck up position. Want to keep it this way, as a spare or for when sell the car.

Not familiar with the part you need.

If removed, will the OEM stuck-up-position wing still be useable and visually the same?

If so don't mind helping out.

Landjet, if your talking about an aftermarket carbon wing that you need spacers for, I got the same one. I got some spacers from ACE hardware last week and it sits just above the rear wing now. Works fine up and down. I think that it has effected the balance of the car somehow with too much downforce or more lift...At high speeds, it seems to squat more in the rear now over bumps. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Yes, that is a picture of the fitting that is screwed into the bottom of the wing. Thanks Edwin.

Mad Ness, thanks but if you are using the wing you won't want to take these out.

Anyone who has removed their stock wing and replaced it with a stationary rear wing and deck lid should no longer need these fittings. I am happy to pay for them.

What kind of spacers did you use?

Do you find that the squatting causes any handling problems? I wanted to use this wing at the track but at 150mph, I can't afford any handling problems.

I'm not sure to be honest..It might just be more downforce I'm no aero engineer. I'll make a high speed run tonight and post back my thoughts.

As long as it is balanced with the front, I would agree with you.

Well I took it into triple digits somewhere and it seemed stable with no weird difference. It might just be more rear downforce as I don't think it can have any more lift after looking at it. I believe its a carbon copy of the techart bolt on wing for the 996tt. Same one John @speedtech had on his site before it was discontinued. How do you get more downforce or the front while keep the stock Turbo lip and bumper...any tricks? Its already about GT2 height, go lower in the front?
