The frame did bend on at least one of the 360 Challenges. It cracked the windshield on the other one, and the track crew had to put a chicane on the course before the "jump" area to slow the cars down.

Yep, at least when done at 85mph, four wheels more than two foot off the ground launch.

It did leave a nice gauge mark on the lower front lip since the nose landed fisrt.

Can I try it in your car

I want to try making an immediate right turn after landing too, just like McQueen.

It came from this video that you can find on many sites:

Top Gear's Test of the new 911 turbo (996)

That wasn't me, I obey all speed laws.

But on an imaginary desert highway during my participation in the imaginary cannon ball run, I did go airborne over 2 foot above the ground and left a big gauge mark on my lower front lip, in my imagination.

I give that jump maybe a 9.65 and the landing a 9.2.

Just back to the Schumi air, I saw the race, I also saw chicanes for his run. I did miss the first few minutes, but I'm thinkin' photoshop. The front tires still have negative camber while airborn? I mean, he's my hero and all, but I just don't think that picture is right. Some other pshopper notes:

I am no photoshop person and don't know about the
photo per-se, but the program commentator did
explain that the hay-bails were added (only) for
the Ferarri runs because the jump was breaking
the Ferarris.
