not trying to say my car is any faster than theirs. i was just lucky, my car ran really good that day (not knocking on any 20g cars)

A 20g that we do with accompanied add ons at 1.6 will run very close with a gt30r... same set up... Did you run Corey when he had the 20gs? it is only up on top that that the 30r pulls away...
We have 18gs here in Chicago running neck to neck with A28s... etc etc..
It comes down to alot of things.... not just the turbo...
But if you ran 1.6 bar thats a more then most 20g set ups I know of...
If you ran a 20g without a good intake and ICs, you will beat it with a 18g on same add ons... same boost.... the 20gs choke on stock plumbing...
just some observations.

hey markski whats up bro? yeah i have all of the supporting mods, ic,fuel line, injectors, turbo inlet hoses, y pipe etc.... i was alot quicker that day than the 18g car. it was just a lucky day

If you have all that then you should be pretty quick... sell those 28s and get some 30s lol

yeah on my third motor too lol. detuning just for canyon driving now mark i like the A28s for their boost respond

from this thread is sounds like the difference between the A28 and the 3071's is night and day...
Is it really the case? and also with the latest, ball bearing A28's?

I currently run the A28s. I dont believe the 3071s are a significant upgrade over the A28s. If you are going to the trouble of upgrading at least get the 3076s. The A28s are much better than both for zooming around on the street, imo...

I think Mike's signiture explains a lot IMO....Take some A28s, feed them with good supporting mods and you have a beast that runs mid 5 seconds 60-130 in ONE GEAR.....

I found my 3071's here in Europe and got them 2nd hand. But I think one should go with A28s or A3076s.
