bad experience with EVOMS
I ordered a part from them directly, never received an email conformation, tracking information, nothing. Although my CC was charged so I knew the transaction had gone through. I called and spoke to a woman on the phone who had no clue as to why I hadn't received my order by now nor why I wasn't given anything in terms of a follow up or tracking information.
She assured me I would be emailed by the end of the day with a response and not to worry. 2 days go by I sent an email and finally got a response back with my tracking information. I responded with my concern and disappointment and asked them to expedite shipping. Not a huge wish when you consider it took over 2.5 weeks to get a mount.
Well he never even responded to that..
VERY VERY POOR customer service IMO.

There must be some sort of delay or communication problem regarding the timing of this. Your order was placed on 1/25/2010 online through our website, which charges the credit card instantly. There is a 2-3 day delay for credit card processing through our online system. The order was shipped on Feb. 3rd with ups # 1Z45xW950343083858 and delivered on Feb. 10th. I am sorry for the confusion about this. When a $15 dollar part is ordered, it is difficult to eat expidited shipping espically after the item was already shipped. I am sorry for the hassle that this may have caused you.

Wow, ordered on 1/25 and delivered 2/10. I would be pissed too... even if it's just a measly $15 part. Maybe his return business would've been $1500, or 15K.

Never had a problem with EVOM's myself , actually one time I accidentally doubled ordered a part from them and they called me to inquire weather I did want 2 if the same items.
