Who is still using a stock MAF at 550+whp?

I still have my stock MAF and intake set up. I wondering how many 550+whp cars are still running a stock MAF with zero issues.

I'm right about 550 AWHP and use the OEM MAF with no problems.

Blew a bunch of MAFs with EVO V-flow but switched back to stock and I have been fine ever since... over a year now.... prolly in the mid 500s rwhp...

i'm having issues with my OEM maf, i have replaced it with a new one one week back, 1st and 2nd gear WOT are fine, wot on the higher gears 3rd and above i get the PSM and ABS errors, i have the dual snorkel from vivd racing with stock air filter. I started having these MAF issues when i installed the EVOMS 1 Bar wastegate kit.

So, rumors that I have heard that the MAF will consistantly fail at or around 550whp is simply not true. Thanks guys. So, is there a limit of the stock MAF?

I've been way over 550whp (at least on EPL"s Mustang dyno) for over a year now...I still have my original stock MAF, airbox, piping, IC's, blah blah blah....

Its not a matter of failing... Its a matter for saturating the sensor.

Stock maf at 575AWHP (mustang...)however...because i was experimenting a few air intake kits,i blew some mafs...Strange enough last one blew at only 0,8bar at 3rd and 4000rpm...i always have a spare one in the car...
