Uwe Gemballa has been kidnapped during a business trip to Johannesburg South Africa.
SA police and Interpol are investigating. The ransom demand is reportedly 1 million Euros.

We should all hope for his safe return.

UNBELIEVABLE! I was just watching a show called Dangerous Drives and it featured a SA Business man and his family. It showed some of the roads there and the challenges of the protective detail. They mentioned how wealthy people are targeted. The guy had a armored Bentley Arnage and a Cayenne.I hope for his safe return.

 

I thought it was determined that he wasn't kidnapped after all but rather he was in hiding after his shop was shut down in Germany.

 

The press coverage of this has been dreadful. The "hiding" story is total nonsense.
