Dropping my car off at TPC Racing next week..

Congrats on the numbers Scott! Your car will surely be one of the fastest stock bottom end cars.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you recently try another large newer turbo that lost power only to go back to these?

You also have to take into consideration that the car didn't go there to have the motor rebuilt. I'm sure if Scott's car had gone in for a planned rebuild the parts would have been waiting. Everything has been done on the fly. Ask anyone who has had a motor built .... it doesn't happen over night.

Our engine builder is our owner, he is meticulous and is one of the best 996 and 997 Cup engine rebuilder in the USA. Scott was aware that it would take us a little while to get his project completed before we got into it. The parts werent sitting on the shelf and we did our best to get it completed in a timely fashion. If scotts car was the only thing that we were doing it would have gotten done faster but we are traditionally booked 2 months out for turbo conversions. He will be happy with the outcome.
Not to mention this happened in the thick of early Grand Am season when we built suspension for 4 cars in GT and 3 in GS.

Strange how it's the same response from every tuner, almost like talking points. We're meticulous (other tuners aren't?). He's the best (fill in your tuner's response here). We're booked solid (aren't they all?). We're busy with racing season (no kidding). Casey, please spare me the standard response, good luck with the build.

Also, I was very sick for almost two months and told I TPC I was in no hurry to get car back at that time (I simply couldn't enjoy it while I was sick). I'm now 100% better, have put back on the 20 lbs of muscle I had lost and am now looking forward to getting my car back.
Regarding Mike's (the owner of TPC) meticulousness...I can testify to that fact. He is without a doubt the most meticulous tuner I've ever worked with.
