The car is a 6 speed, a few carbon interior pieces, nav, heated seats, all stock. Had a dealer/broker do the leg work for me. He's a great guy and this is my fifth car thru him. Just bought my wife an '08 550i w/sport package black on black. Both were purchased thru Manhiem. The prior owner had been contacted prior and arrangements made to do a cosmestic and mechanical inspection. Paint was metered and frame checked. Everything checked out OK.

I'm a Griot's Garage fanatic (they sell quality car care products) so I'll probably spend a couple of days giving it a complete detail (clay, polish, wax, etc.) than I post pics.

Not too many life experiences better than putting a Porshe in your garage. Ranks just somewhere below seeing your kids born (and a few others). Enjoy, BTW how long did it take till you found the one you had to have?

It is one life experience that has been a continual source of enjoyment for me. Before I bought this car, I had a modded Boxster S that was a thrill to drive every time it left the garage which was about everyday for six years. I also had to part with a gorgeous 928 S4 as part of "the deal" to buy the 996tt.

It took me about two months of looking before finding the one. Just found out shipping is going to take a week longer. I'm in agony!!
