talking about safety guys --- who's the race doctor that's down there? im one of the race docs for the ihra and there should always be a physician and ambulance at the top end. im sure there is but way out in goliad who knows.

Art, no, on that pass Tommy only ran 30 psi of boost. That equates to about 1,150-1,200 rwhp. Tommy plans to run 33 psi on the next pass, which should give another 80 rwhp or so...he is scaling back timing a tad and adding a bit of fuel just to be conservative...

SW does not have any cars there to run...the Supra didn't make it and the Gallardo does not have the beefed up tranny/gears needed to put max power down. He is spectating this weekend...

His silver shop car puts down 1300 plus on the dyno, but as Peter mentioned looks to be running a bit less.

WHAT!!!! Out of 1298cc's !!!!! There can't be a single stock part left in that entire engine..... Holy HELL... The F1 cars from the Turbo era were only making 1200 CRANK HP from 1500 cc's on fuel that would give you cancer if you were within 5 miles of the stuff...

I bet that was 33psi plus head wind too now, that's what they said. Damn that is quick man!!! That's the new record for Supras for now.
