buddyg,

I've been doing it that trick for years. It works in Ohio and the midwest states (were people know how to drive!) sometimes in S. FL . But out here in CA I must agree with ben lj the right lane is the best place to be.

The feature is actually called "passing lights". Universally excepted as a head-up to drivers in front that a faster car is approaching.

Unfortunately in the good ole U.S. of A-holes it is the sign for stay put, go slower, weave, get annoyed at the approaching car. After all, first come - first served. It was their lane first!

There are several states that are considering banning the use of flashing lights as "passing lights" because it is regarded as aggressive driving or road rage!! WTF is that about... sign the end is nigh.

Yeah, I know it is flash to pass. But what I do goes beyond that tricking the idiot into thinking a cop is approaching and they fly to the right lane. You have to grab the stalk and flick towards many times at a high rate of speed, mimicking a cop with the front flashing headlights. For many morons they have no clue!!

2,000,000 candle power spot light will fix 'em. But Buddyg might have to turn down his stereo to get some spare electricity for it.

You can also approach them and Bump them a bit. Just enough to give them whiplash. That DEFINATELY works. Works better with a Hummer H1.

buddyg, you should get that light kit that flashes the lights left to right like a cop car. That would work perfectly.
