If you go on Youtube under "996 Turbo exhaust" there are a myriad of choices, I will post my favorites tomorrow. I already like the maxspeed item http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzzH1VllJKY

For me this is the best, and makes a GT3ish sound.

wow..
That exhaust is the BBI Barcode - a cross flow design. Familiar theme, huh?

Yes I knew it is a cross-flow....however I think that this is the best sounding of them all (cross flow exhausts).

I read somewhere (here on 6speed if I remember) that the cross-flow is tough to design (and manufacture) correctly, and that the geometry of the "X" can make a great difference on sound and performance. I can't find the 3D where this was discussed...

I think you are referring to this thread...

https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ck-please.html

...where Kevin (who formerly designed and fabricated cross flow exhausts himself - and has moved to selling Europipe exhausts) was commenting on the design.

Anyone have the X-Cellerator crossflow exhaust? Feedback please.

On the turbo it makes no difference , local guy here has his comming out the center and there is no diff other than looks.

This is why I said Mark's stuff is a work of art. Beautiful work and all hand made for each order.

Plus the Starbucks and Red Bull allow for all nighters.
