The conversion kit is additional, but very inexpensive.

The bump stop issue is not really an issue at all. The recommended lowering on with a PSS9 kits is 35mm in the front and 25mm in the rear. If you decide to lower beyond that, you run the risk of riding the internal bump stops in the damper.

Use JIC, they come with camber plates already...
