Atlanta Boarders: Which Porsche Dealer?

Well it has finally happened. After 10 months of ownership, my TT will finally need warranty work. Who should I go with, Hennessy or Jim Ellis? I have heard good things about both and have had positive contact with both. Which one has better service. Which one offers good loaner cars?
Thanks

Hennessy

I went to get my 15k service and Jim Ellis wouldn't even give me a loaner car because I did not buy from them. Hennessy did. My choice was simple.

Remember, most of the people at Hennessy (Jeff and Joe in service) came from Jim Ellis.

I use Hennessy.

Jeff and Joe (service guys) are the best, and the mechanics are great too!

Well, I picked Hennessy.......

I just dropped off my Porsche. I am extremely dissappointed with the POS Ford loaner they gave me. When you pay $120k for a vehicle, you expect more! My wife always gets a MB loaner when she drops off her $50K Mercedes Truck.
This was my first dealer visit, and I am not too happy.

Odd, they gave me a Boxster when I went. You should talk to the service manager.

Two superstars in the business are at Hennessy:

Sales: Dale Knorzer - one of the best in the biz. Honest guy, loves cars, loves Porsches. Straight up.

Parts: Kenn Young - knows it or will get an answer fast.

Tell them I sent you.

Ditto, and tell Dale that James from NC says hello. He is sales manager there.

So are you interested in the quality of the work they do on your car? Or are you concerned with how they handle warrranty work?

Yes quality of work is important! But first impressions are important too. I have not seen THEIR excellent service, but I am driving a Taurus that smells like an ash trey.
What if you have a surgery scheduled and your anesthesiologist(me) walks in with a nose ring, muscle shirt and flip flops and tattoos...But he is a great at what he does (so you hear).
