At what boost are you running the K24/18g and K24/20g on pump gas and how many WHP they deliver ?

My GT2 has stage 2 FVD,they raise the max RPM to 7000,but i think that it is unusable.i feel that the car is faster when i shift at 6700 rpm

A k24/18g with our ecu. Ics. Free flowing exhaust and 60lbs objector will hit 600rwhp on pump at 18 psi I'm midrange and peaking 20 on top.
20hs requir all of the above and an intake to the turbos to free up the bottle neck. Goo for another 40whp all across the board.

Mark,
Thank you for the infos,so with the intake you can hit 640 whp on pump gas. If we use the 20g instead the 18g at same boost how many whp are added?will be more laggier?
Thanks

That was at 640 with 70 mm piping from airbox to turbos.
And a splash of some race gas.
20gs really need all of it plus a second inline pump we do.

All that without the ford maf and y pipe Bit I recommend the ypipe with maf at th 20g level

Mark,

I think you will get an order from me...If you have parts in stock. The next week may show in what kind of hurry I am or not

Can you comment about this:

Currently I have only modified K16's and the car always goes to 1.1bar, but now only 0.8bar and there are no fault codes. There are both new boost hoses and headers installed, so should have no leaks, of course have to test that as well. But, I think I have a wastegate problem presumably? Yes, I know I have to find a Turbo specialized tuner in my location to sort this out... Is it easy to sort out with those somewhat original Turbos?

Also, do you recommend and can you provide the external wastegates with your package, if they really are more durable? I want zero problems with my engine package and thinking of K24/18gs+flash+injectors+ics. Already have (perhaps problematic ) V-Flow and (only 60mm ) Techart exhaust...So perhaps change those as well...

If your Car was boosting 1.1 before you changed the headers and hoses then something went wrong in the installation.. possibly the hoses are no sealed and you have boost leaks... Wgs can be checked with a vacuum hose and a simple hand airpump that has a boost gauge.. they both should open at the same time and at the same boost...
V -flows.. hhhm its a long debate but if you already suspect it then change it and see what happens... having a datalogger/code reader is a plus... when we sell our flashes we sell it with the upload flash cable which also is the durametric hardware... thus a datalogger... but if you buy a durametric cable to log it will not work to flash... etc but thats another story...

K24s as a base turbo are very hard to locate lately... so if you see any good used ones grab them... I have one set coming from a client but but they are pre sold pending payment.
a K24/18gs+flash+injectors+ics with free flowing exhaust(100 cell cats at most and at least a 70mm Od piping) will result close to 600 whp on pump... there is a little more to it but basically that's what it takes... without the injectors. it will be at 550rwhp...
Your techart will hold you back since its only 60mm.. sell it... we make custom exhausts per customer application... headers as well.. one of our X design exhausts along with the ICs, intake, and external headers were on a car that put down 1100whp... so it works...
In your case there will be no benefit making a external Wg header.. not for KKK turbos... waste of money... If you cant find k24s a 16g is a cheap K16 alternative... If you dare to spend more on turbos then Tials A28s or K16 billets are available.. we sell both...
here is a pic of a K16s turbine wheel vs a K24s... no comparison on which one will pull harder.. Booby , my partner, stuffed a super 60, a 16g, and a 18g into a K16 housing... all ended up being limited to the hotside... that was a few years back... It is our honest opinion that a K24 base hotside will outflow a K16 hotside... again this is our opinion based on past experience...

here are some pics of what we do... look at the first pic and notice how big the HOt side housing is compared to the coldside housing... we chose that for a reason...

This is a K24 vs a K16s.. hotsides tell a lot... yet no ones seems to talk about...
