car dies @ low speed

Picked up my 996 TT tip couple months ago , car dies @ low speed, specially when turning into a corner @ very low speed, somtimes in a busy intersection, the car just stall..what's the cause? Plugged in my Durametric, it said "Hot film MAF sensor failure" would it be the cause??

please helpppppppp

the car runs fine @ mid and high RPM, if its maf failure, will i have problems @ those engine speed?

Replace the maf.

My tip used to die as well, but that was because I had straight pipes. What exhaust do you have?

Stock exhaust, stock airbox...took out the maf and cleaned it with CRC electric spray weeks ago..durametric still reads hot film maf sensor failure.
blown maf???

Does the car have a LWFW? That has been linked to stalling at low speed. If that is the case you will need to have the car re-tuned to compensate.

Luna is infamous around these parts
Test your MAF with a volt meter.
Check your boost levels, do a vac leak test, check your IC pipes and f hose...

Switch in the on without starting =.9 volts Car running and warm 1.4 to 1.5 volts. (blue and white wire #5)
