Looking for a shop here in CO that can help with a possible tune/car/turbo issue.

I don't see anything about Porsche on their site. You sure they specialize in Porsche as well?

Yes, they have been working on the 996tt since they were factory new.

If you are looking for a tune on a dyno, you might want to talk to the Boost Creep in Longmont. He's relatively new to tuning Porsches but is a top notch tuner with years of experience. He tunes GTR's, Z06's, STi's and EVO's all day long. He know his stuff.
