MikeR397's Porsche Turbo

Thanks guys. It's been smooth sailing and a lot of fun with the 911 and 360. Both fantastic cars and I've really enjoyed owning them. Just hit 40,000 miles on the Porsche yesterday with a drive down to Hocking Hills, and I am closing in on 34,000 miles on the Ferrari.
I've got a short term move to Hawaii for ~4-5 months in January, and I'm sure I'll be going through a bit of car withdrawal leaving them on the mainland. Looking forward to getting a scooter and a cheap 4 door to flip/rent on the island, and then my wife and I are moving to Michigan (West Bloomfield lakes area) in mid May. Fortunately, I should have plenty of garage space, possibly with room for one or two more cars at some point in the future. Have never stopped drooling over Aston's, and the 07 Vantage is very affordable these days, but will likely need to look at a used M5/XF-R/Quattroporte or something similar with 4 doors to get a carseat in the back more easily .
As for wheels, I've always been a fan of the next model update move. The exception to this is that if I ever get a Aston and decide to go with the 09 over the 07, I'd actualy consider putting 07 wheels on the 09 as they just look more classic and proportioned. In any event, I'm not looking at cars for another year at the earliest (and not particularly thrilled about my insurance rates going up ~40% from Michigan's no-fault policy vs Ohio). ETA: I mentioned an issue a year or so back with the Porsche's PSM system after putting the 19'' wheels on...this was fixed when I replaced tires to 225/35/19 and 315/25/19 (both exactly 25.2'' in height) from 235/35/19 and 315/25/19 which should have been close enough but did cause PSM issues for me.

It's been over 6 years and I've really enjoyed the 996tt, but I'm considering selling her and am curious what sort of asking price I should set?
Details: 2002 black 911 turbo, 49.4k miles, perfect interior and exterior condition except one scrape in the paint around the passenger wheel arch (scraped garage door rail backing in just recently ). It's got 997tt wheels and new tires, a GT2 decklid/wing, Switzer tune, and Europipe stage 2 exhaust and has been freshly serviced. It also has custom red turbo floor mats and a turbo trunk mat, and I've got 2 evom DV's I never got around to installing and a spare new 315/25/19 tire.
Thanks for thoughts on it's current value. I've been considering selling for about a year now, ever since my first son was born and I don't get to use my 3 coupes as much anymore. I'm sure I'm going to miss it, but have garage space for 4 cars only and am going to order a new F150 Raptor to replace our Jeep later this year (MI winters and snowmobile hauling fun + big rear seats and storage for car seats and travel luggage) which I'd prefer to garage, and have always wanted to try an Aston Martin Vantage S, perhaps later spring/summer if I do end up selling the Porsche.

It looks like most cars in the sub 50k mile range (with clean history) have asking prices in the high 40s to low 50s right now. Mods do not seem to impact the price all that much so, if you have the stock pieces, it might be better to sell those separately.
